2.4 No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the purchase has been confirmed and the product has been dispatched, even if the product has not been used or activated.


2.5 The user is obligated to submit a return request, if the conditions of Article 3 apply, within a period not exceeding 24 hours from receiving the product.


Article 3: Replacement Policy


3.1 The User has the right to request a replacement of the digital product only in the following cases:


3.1.1 If the product turns out to be not identical to what was purchased.


3.1.2 If the digital code or electronic voucher is invalid or contains a defect that prevents its activation, provided that evidence is provided to prove this.


3.1.3 If a technical or technological error is found in the product due to the store or service provider.


3.2 The user must submit a replacement request within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product, along with supporting documents, which include the following:


3.2.1 Screenshots showing the problem while trying to activate.


3.2.2 Email or messages containing purchase and delivery details.


3.2.3 Any additional documents requested by the store management to verify the validity of the application.


3.3 In the event that the order is verified, the product will be replaced with a product of a similar or equal value to the product purchased at the discretion of the store.


3.4 The user is not entitled to request a replacement in any of the following cases:


3.4.1 User change of mind after purchase.


3.4.2 Unwillingness to use the product after receiving it.


3.4.3 Purchasing the product incorrectly without verifying its compatibility with the required system or account.


Article 4: Exemption from Liability


4.1 Players City Store shall not bear any liability for any loss or damage resulting from the User's misuse of the Product after receiving it.


4.2 The User is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the digital products received and bears full responsibility for any unauthorized use.


4.3 In the event of a problem related to the policies of the original service provider of the product, the user must contact the service provider directly to resolve the problem, as the store does not control these policies.


4.4 Digital codes and coupons are case-sensitive and must be entered accurately. The store is not responsible for entry errors that result in activation failure.


Article 5: Refund


5.1 Refunds will only be made after the order has been confirmed and the digital product has been delivered in cases where it is proven that the product is faulty and cannot be replaced.


5.2 If the refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used by the customer within a period ranging from 24 hours to 14 business days, depending on the payment service provider’s policies.


5.3 The Store reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the claim is found to be false or the User has not complied with the terms of this Policy.


5.4 Players City Store has the right to cancel any order at any time without giving reasons, while guaranteeing a full refund to the customer within the period mentioned in Article 5.2.


Article 6: General Provisions
